KILINGA & TONIC

Its dry complexity and smooth finish makes Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre perfect for subbing into classic gin cocktails. There are few gin classics more famous than the G&T.

The lemon or lime garnish typical to the G&T is substituted with sliced kumquats. These little oranges adorn many trees in Sonora where Kilinga hails from. (If you can’t get hold of kumquats, you can sub in slices of orange and lime instead).
