ALAMOS DAIQUIRI

A subtle twist on the classic Daiquiri that, with a splash of pink grapefruit, is just a little more delicate. This allows the complexity, floral and green apple notes of Kilinga Silvestre to shine through, helped further by fresh slices of crisp apple floating on the surface of the drink as garnish.

INGREDIENTS

1 parts 1 oz Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre
1/2 part 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part 1/2 oz Pink (Red) Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup
Glass
Coupette
Process
Shake
Ice
Cubed to Shake, None to Serve
Garnish
2 Apple Slices

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard
  3. Fine strain into a coupette or cocktail glass, top with apple slices and serve
