INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 parts 1 1/2 oz Kilinga Bacanora Blanco
4 parts 4 oz Tomato Juice
1/3 parts 1/3 oz Fresh Lime Jucie
1/3 parts 1/3 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2-3 dashes Hot Sauce
Small pinch Sea Salt
1 Grind Black Pepper
Glass
Highball
Process
Rolled
Ice
Cubed to Serve
Garnish
Lime Wedge, Cilantro Sprig Tomatoes, Pickled Vegetables

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour the ingredients from one cocktail tin into another and back again. This process of ‘Rolling’ will ensure all ingredients are well combined together
  3. Pour contents of tin into a tall glass
  4. Fill glass with ice, garnish and serve
