INGREDIENTS

2 parts 1.5 oz Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre
3/4 part 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 parts 1/3 oz Rich Simple Syrup
2 60 grams Cucumber
1-3 slices Jalapeño
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 parts 2 oz Sparkling Water

Muddle & Shake
Ice
Shake and Serve with Cubed

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add cucumber and salt to your shaker and crush into a pulp with a muddler
  2. Add all other ingredients, except for the sparkling water, to the shaker
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard
  4. Fine strain into a tall glass and add sparkling water
  5. Fill glass with ice, garnish and serve
