SANTA’S COLD TEA

Experience Santa’s Cold Tea, a festive and refreshing cocktail that captures the essence of the holiday season. This enchanting concoction combines the rich flavors of Kilinga Silvestre’s subtle floral and herbal notes, with a berry tea infusion and a hint of cinnamon sweetness. These flavors blend harmoniously with tangy cranberry juice, a touch of red wine, and zesty lime juice.

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz Kilinga Silvestre

1 ½ oz Berry Tea

1 oz Cinnamon Syrup**

1 oz Cranberry Juice

1 oz Red Wine

½ oz Lime Juice

**Cinnamon Syrup:

1 cup Cinnamon Powder

1 liter Water

2.2 lbs sugar

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously
  2. Pour the mixture into a wine cup with ice
  3. Decorate with pomegranate, rosemary, and berries.

 

**Cinnamon Syrup:

  1. Add 1 cup of cinnamon in a liter of water and leave on low heat until it boils
  2. Once the mixture is boiling, add 2.20 pounds of Sugar.
  3. Stir the mixture until it is like honey texture.
