Bacanora is a distilled agave spirit, like Mezcal or Tequila, produced in the northwest state of Sonora, Mexico from Angustifolia Pacifica (Espadin) agave.

Kilinga produces four bacanoras including Kilinga Blanco (ABV 42%), Kilinga Silvestre (ABV 40%), Kilinga Reposado (ABV 40%), and Kilinga Anejo (ABV 44%).
Kilinga Bacanora is a versatile spirit which can be mixed in classic and modern cocktails or enjoyed neat. Our namesake, Señora Kilinga, appreciates the Bacanora up in a champagne flute, slightly chilled.
Like other higher ABV alcohols, Kilinga Bacanora does not freeze in traditional home freezers.
While air, light, and temperature can affect Bacanora, unsealed bottles can be stored at room temperature in a cool dark place for years. We recommend opened bottles be finished in the first 8 months.
Like all distilled spirits, Kilinga Bacanora is gluten free.
