KILINGA MANHATTAN

A lighter but no less complex riff on the classic Manhattan. Halfway between a ‘Black Manhattan’ and a ‘Sweet Manhattan’, this recipe combines both Amaro and Sweet Vermouth along with the smooth complexity and hints of smoke and vanilla from Kilinga’s Reposado Bacanora.

A perfect recipe for Agave and Manhattan lovers alike, looking for something different that’s not too far out of their comfort zone.

INGREDIENTS

3 parts 1 1/2 oz Kilinga Bacanora Reposado
2 parts 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 part 1/2 oz Amaro
Glass
Cocktail
Process
Stir
Ice
Cubed to Stir, None to Serve
Garnish
Maraschino Cherry

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
