BACACHELA

Micheladas take beer and elevate it. There are typically two versions of the Michelada. Beer served with spicy tomato / clamato juice, or beer served with fresh lime juice and a rim of salt, chilli and citrus.

Now there’s a third way, the Kilinga way. More flavorsome, more complex but a little stronger, so enjoy with care.

INGREDIENTS

1 parts 1 oz Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre
1/2 part 1/6 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part 1/6 oz Rich Simple Syrup
2-3 dashes Hot Sauce
1 small pinch Sea Salt
6 parts 6 oz Cold Mexican Larger
Glass
Highball

Build
Ice
Cubed to Serve
Garnish
Lime Wedge

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all liquid ingredients, except beer, to a tall glass, mix well with a spoon
  2. Add beer
  3. Fill glass with cubed ice
  4. Add lime wedge and serve
